time change is kicking my butt

i feel real old this week. it is so dark, so early. I hate to go home from the office when its dark out. this entire week has been a blur. I think its because we had this hell house outreach that moved my office to the cafe stage…so on monday i spent like 3 hours working it out. well it is what it is! it is now 7:59 pm I ate moes for dinner and I am watching a serious game of scrabble with dr. phil on tv – td jakes is on their. man jakes is amazingly wise. I feel like talking a shower and getting into bed! today was such a productive day – i wrote letters, planned events, talked on the phone with a masters director, and went thru a staff meeting about new years. when my body wants to shut down early I feel so old. I am a late night person…but tonight i feel like an old fart! i need caffeine, red bull or just sugar! when the time change kicks your butt I choose to kick back! what do you do?
