i love this show…missed last week when tito got fired, but tonight i am glued to the screen. steven baldwin is still in, pierce – a british guy that is so arrogant he is out to get this lady amarosa. its all about selling art! the show is so tense…people are so wired that it makes for good tv…oh yah they started in trumps apartment what a gaudy place…his 3 kids and wife were there.

i bought a treadmill…and hauledthat joker in the house, put it together and gave it a whirl. my plan-get ripped! ya…well at least walk 30 minutes a day and anjoy life a little more!

the power of emotions…

today i spoke to our christain school about emotion…some people are so emotionless and others are so full of emotion it spills out all over lives around you!  emotion means to stir up, so basically don’t start nothin wont be nothin…if we don’t stir in the right things in our lives, then we wont reap the right responses!  how do you respond when things go truly bad?

read 1 samuel 30:3 When David and his men came to Ziklag, they found it destroyed by fire and their wives and sons and daughters taken captive. 4 So David and his men wept aloud until they had no strength left to weep. 6. But David found strength in the LORD his God.

when life deals bitter situations what will your emotional response be? David found strength not in his situation…but in the Lord! if you don’t control your emotions then your emotions will control you. you will ultimately be controlled by your feelings (flesh) rather than your spirit!
